Create seamless multi-page registration forms

It’s almost summer in some parts of the world, which brings summer camp sign-ups to mind. These forms often require personal and medical information about the camper, as well as contact information for their legal guardians. What does this mean? Several pages of fields.

From the start, GP Multi-Page Navigation makes Gravity Forms page names navigable, on your terms. Activate navigation for any completed page, from the start of the form, or only after reaching the last page.

Multi-page navigation comes with a mystically reliable UX. For example, if you allow navigation from the start, page validation is skipped when navigating with page links. If a user accidentally skips a required step and attempts to submit the form, they are redirected to the page that requires their attention. If they miss several required steps, a helpful message Next page with errors The button becomes available, saving them from having to search for pages that failed validation.

This in itself will make your forms be smarter – now to make them feel smarter, we introduce the second element of our combo: GP Page Transitions. Swish, swish…

GP Address Autocomplete uses the Google Maps API to, you guessed it, automatically complete addresses and save precious seconds of your users’ time. We used this API to also create a Map field that allows you to display a map to make address completion even more visually interesting. 🗺️

Pairing it with GP Advanced Phone Field makes this quintessential form-filling experience even greater. Yes, yes, Advanced Phone Field validates phone numbers in real time, ensuring they exist and all that jazz, but did you see this country selection drop-down list?

Make it easy to preview submissions

“Always check” is as good advice as any when filling out forms. GP preview submission can leverage the `{all_fields}` merge tag, giving the user the opportunity to review their input before pressing the button Submit button.

Now, combine preview submission with our free and lightweight Gravity Forms All Fields Template plugin to replace the markup generated by the merge tag with the content of a file. Make it shine!

Easily preview forms from the form editor

Last, but not least, an addition to all combos: GP Live Preview.
