Then choose an existing form or create a new one, ensuring that it includes key fields such as name and email to collect the contact details.
Then configure a flow that connects the form to your capsule account. During this process, you can specify whether forms of forms must create a new person or a new task in the CRM. In addition, the forms can be configured to update existing recordings in Capsule.
Once everything is in place, new contacts and tasks will be automatically added to the capsule each time a form input is subjected, helping you remain organized and reactive without any manual effort.
